Rabbi Dr. Bernhard Rosenberg is Rabbi Emeritus of Congregation Beth-El, Edison, NJ. He received his ordination and Doctorate of Ed. from Yeshiva U. in NY. He also possesses degrees in communication, education, and a Doctor of Divinity from The Jewish Theological Seminary. He taught at Rutgers U. and Yeshiva U. His awards include: the Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. Humanitarian Award, the Chaplain of the Year Award from The NY Board of Rabbis for his efforts during and following 9-ll, and the annual Rabbi Israel Mowshowitz Award by The NY Board of Rabbis (2022). He serves on the NJ State Holocaust Commission and is Chair of the Holocaust Commission of the NY Board of Rabbis.
