Inter-cultural Dialogue for Equity
I’m honored to be the Tennessee State Chair of the Inter-Cultural Dialogue Wing of G100 Women Leaders / All Ladies League. I hope to bring together women making a difference in our state. It reminds me of when I founded the Women’s Council on Diversity and the Global Leadership Class more than 20 years ago. G100 is a huge action-think tank that comprises 100 wings/sectors, led by 100 Global Chairs like Dr. Aurora Martin who is Global Chair/Inter-Cultural Dialogue and Advisors like Global Advisor/Inter-Cultural Dialogue Shon Abegaz. The Chairs further nominate 100 country chairs in 100 countries for global reach and impact. Country chairs, like Monica Jaramillo who is the USA Country Chair/Inter-cultural Dialogue, then foster communities of 100 members directly or through further distributed leadership of region/state/city/district chairs.
G100 is a powerful Group of women leaders and achievers from all walks of life who wish to give back and move us all forward as architects of the future. It’s a league of luminaries of eminence and excellence including Nobel Laureates, Heads of States, Ministers, Businesswomen, Philanthropists, Investors, Entrepreneurs, CEOs, Corporate and Community Leaders – like me.
Dr. Harbeen Arora Rai is the Founder of the five free platforms of G100. She was listed among the top 100 Most Reputable People on Earth by Reputation Poll in 2019. The list also featured the Prime Minister of India, Narendra Modi, Queen Elizabeth and Oprah Winfrey. She was honored by the Evolutionary Business Council, USA as a Global Impact Leader wherein nominees included the Dalai Lama.
Here are the 5 platforms in order of their creation since 2011, ALL Ladies League (ALL) is a global sisterhood movement in She-for-She spirit uniting women as “sisters beyond borders”; Women Economic Forum (WEF) is a conference platform for women’s greater visibility, voice, recognition and networking for pursuing “business beyond borders”; WICCI (Women’s Indian Chamber of Commerce and Industry) is the industry and business chamber for advocating “policies beyond borders”; SHEconomy is an e-commerce platform and app for both goods and services by women entrepreneurs for strengthening “commerce beyond borders”; and G100 is a global platform for joint action empowering “gender equality beyond borders.” Also included is the Denim Club: He-for-She where men can support these efforts.
With a powerful network of 500,000 women across 150 countries, and growing toward Mission Million 2023, these empowering ecosystems and Sister platforms are among the largest global communities of women worldwide. Together, along with the men of The Denim Club, a Group of G100 He-for-She Champions, we provide thought leadership and concrete recommendations to diverse set of stakeholders for the economic and social empowerment of women at Universities, Foundations, Corporates, Institutions, Think Tanks, Civil Society, Networks, Nonprofits, and International Organisations including the United Nations. With continued emphasis on global and grassroots engagement and activities, our various platforms projects and partnerships will impact 5 million women by 2025.
